Over the course of 9 years, he held several senior leadership positions, managing large teams and being accountable for significant P&Ls. Throughout his career, Chris has been driven by a passion for leading and inspiring people, driving operational improvements, and consistently enhancing business performance.
At the age of 30, Chris made the bold decision to leave behind a successful corporate career in pursuit of a new challenge: acquiring and building businesses. His mission is to create a lasting legacy, helping business owners transition smoothly by providing succession plans that allow them to step away with confidence while ensuring their companies continue to thrive.
Haden is a business leader with 6+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, and operations. He has led teams of 50+ in both sales and operations, delivering results across diverse business areas. Before founding HW Capital Group, he held senior roles in the insurance and facilities sectors, leading acquisitions, strategic planning, and large-scale transformations.
He has built and led top-performing sales teams while overseeing operations to improve service and customer experience. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA focused on international business, finance, and management, Haden brings strategic insight, operational strength, and proven leadership to drive growth across HW Capital Group’s portfolio.
Ferdie is an operator-investor and founder of Clamshell Capital, with a background in enterprise data and a track record of building and exiting founder-led businesses. After a successful corporate career delivering data solutions for blue-chip clients, he built hospitality group Barrio Familia to five London venues, 120+ staff and £7m revenues before a successful exit to national operator Nightcap.
